ka(+)le co. has been a long time in the making, and has gone through many iterations and names. Evolving from a long ago given up travel blog, finally launching ka(+)le co. with my partner in life has been such an exciting ride. Firstly, the name is a combination of our names (KAmila + daLE). The credit for this goes to a good friend that gave us the “couple nickname” when we first met in 2020 (he knows who he is). It stuck in our minds and we thought it would stick in yours, making it the perfect name for our passion venture.

 

Our company core values are a combination of our life experiences and beliefs. Through our travels we’ve witnessed the earth's great beauty and natures gifts to us, but also the harm we are inflicting on the environment through our actions as consumers and manufacturers. As a child I always wanted to help save the environment. As an adult I’ve struggled to find meaningful ways to truly make an impact. While Dale always tries to shop at small local businesses, and looks at tags to find clothing made in Canada, it hasn’t been an easy feat. Especially finding quality garments made sustainably.

 

But at ka(+)le co. we are doing just that. All of our garments are locally made, using sustainable fabrics and practices. With the highest quality craftsmanship and manufacturing, our classic and timeless pieces will be staples in your closet for years to come.

 

Not only will your purchase make you feel comfy, you will also feel good knowing that it helped save at least a little piece of our beautiful planet. Plus, 5% of all profits goes back to local charities making a difference in the lives of our community.
